Hope Hub Inc. is a faith-rooted nonprofit organization created by The Church of Atlanta and committed to mobilizing hope, restoring lives, and rebuilding communities. We work alongside The Church of Atlanta, Better Together Community Development Corporation, and other community partners to address urgent human needs, strengthen families, advance justice, and support sustainable community transformation.
Although our organizations share values and may collaborate on initiatives, each maintains its own legal identity, governance, finances, programs, and operational responsibilities.

The following organizations share a commitment to faith-driven service, responsible stewardship, human dignity, and community transformation:

Where services are provided through a joint initiative or another participating organization, the applicable organization's terms, policies, and responsibilities may also apply.
Shared branding, collaborative programming, referrals, or organizational relationships do not merge these organizations into a single legal entity.

You may access and use Hope Hub's website and digital services for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.

Program availability may depend on eligibility requirements, geographic limitations, funding, capacity, staffing, documentation, deadlines, and other operational considerations.
Information published on our website does not guarantee admission, eligibility, financial assistance, housing assistance, program participation, or any particular outcome.
Hope Hub may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue programs or services based on available resources, organizational priorities, or applicable legal requirements.
4. CHARITABLE ASSISTANCE AND HOUSING STABILITY
Hope Hub may provide financial assistance, emergency resources, referrals, or other support to qualifying individuals and families experiencing hardship.
Assistance requests are reviewed according to applicable program guidelines, available funding, documented circumstances, and organizational discretion.
Submitting an application or requesting assistance does not guarantee approval, payment, or provision of services.
Hope Hub may request documentation reasonably necessary to verify circumstances, determine eligibility, prevent fraud, or coordinate assistance.
Assistance may be approved, denied, modified, delayed, or discontinued depending on circumstances and available resources.
Unless expressly agreed in writing by an authorized representative, Hope Hub does not assume responsibility for an applicant's rent, mortgage, utilities, debts, medical bills, legal obligations, or other financial responsibilities.
Where appropriate, approved assistance may be paid directly to landlords, utility providers, vendors, or other authorized recipients.
Applicants remain responsible for their contractual and financial obligations unless those obligations are separately modified or satisfied.
5. DONATIONS AND CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS
Donations to Hope Hub Inc. are voluntary and support its charitable mission and authorized initiatives.
Contributions may be accepted through the official website, approved fundraising campaigns, third-party giving platforms, or other authorized channels.
Donors are responsible for verifying the intended recipient organization, campaign, or designated fund before completing a contribution.
Hope Hub maintains its own financial records and charitable accounting.
A contribution to Hope Hub Inc. should not be assumed to constitute a contribution to The Church of Atlanta, Better Together Community Development Corporation, or another collaborating organization.
Donations designated for a particular fund or initiative will be administered in accordance with applicable donor restrictions, charitable purposes, and legal requirements.
If a designated project becomes fully funded, completed, postponed, canceled, or no longer feasible, Hope Hub may seek donor authorization or redirect funds to a substantially similar charitable purpose where legally permissible and consistent with the terms of the gift.
Donations are generally nonrefundable except where required by law, necessary to correct a processing error, or otherwise approved by Hope Hub.

6. TAX-DEDUCTIBILITY

Donors should consult a qualified tax professional regarding the deductibility of their contributions.
Any donation acknowledgment issued by Hope Hub applies only to contributions received and recorded by Hope Hub Inc.
7. TEXT MESSAGING AND SMS SERVICES
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive recurring text messages from Hope Hub, you consent to receive communications related to the applicable messaging program.
Messages may include community outreach announcements, program updates, event information, volunteer opportunities, charitable initiatives, donation opportunities, assistance-related notifications, reminders, and other authorized organizational communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive recurring text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of donating, volunteering, participating in programs, or requesting charitable assistance.
Hope Hub's recurring messaging program is separate from those operated by The Church of Atlanta and Better Together Community Development Corporation.
Providing a telephone number to one organization does not automatically enroll you in another organization's recurring messaging program.
You may opt out of recurring messages at any time by replying STOP.
